Will the real Forks, WA please stand up?

"The last time I was in Forks, it was the 4th of July and they had a float on a the back of a big flatbed truck of two loggers aiming shotguns at a spotted owl in a tree."

The last time I was in Forks, it seemed like a real nice, friendly, bustling little town. I think that says a LOT about coastal Washington....
