Sadly I think there is a good portion of the US population that does not realize that Alaska & Hawaii are part of the States.
Shipping should be free to Canada also, because we should have invaded Canada when we had a chance after the civil war so that they would be part of the US right now. Then when those bitches tried to claim they won the war of 1812, we could say "No shit, eh? Well, we INVADED YOU losers. Aboot time you got over it." You betcha.
